Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to bring?

You will need a mat, good walking shoes, water bottle, hat and a blanket or warm jacket during the cooler months.  Mats can be rented if you dont have one of your own to bring.

What if I'm new to yoga?

We offer yoga suitable for all levels and abilities, so come with an open mind and a good sense of humour.  Yoga is not about confirming to others, its about moving your body and feeling great. 

What if I have an injury?

At the time of booking, please make us aware of your injury.  Modifications and arrangements can be made to accommodate you, so you can still participate.

What if I can't make it on the day because one of my kids is unwell?

If you are unable to attend on the day due to illness, we will offer you the opportunity to attend another retreat or class when there is space.  Cancellations of more than two weeks prior will receive 50% and one month prior to the event will receive a full refund.

How do I organise a retreat for a group?

We love personalising one day retreats for friends and work colleagues.  

Whether its a Staff wellness day or a girls day away, simply contact us and we can arrange the perfect day for you..
