As the spring days bring more sunshine and the school term draws to a close, this retreat is the perfect time to relax and replenish before the school holidays and the fast pace of term 4 arrives.

You will spend the morning in nature, practicing shin-rin yoku, a replenishing mindfulness practice from Japan that reconnects you to your true nature.

We will practice yoga, meditation and  synchronise to the energy of the spring, a time of new beginnings, growth and expansion.

The retreat includes a delicious morning tea and vegetarian lunch.

Please bring your mat, hat and walking shoes.  You may need a jacket if the weather is fresh.  In the event of poor weather, the event will be held indoors and fireside, at our beautiful Killara yoga retreat studio.

The venue for this event is Swaine Gardens in Killara, Sydney.
