As the spring days bring more sunshine and the school term draws to a close, this retreat is the perfect time to relax and replenish before the school holidays and the fast pace of term 4 arrives.
You will spend the morning in nature, practicing shin-rin yoku, a replenishing mindfulness practice from Japan that reconnects you to your true nature.
We will practice yoga, meditation and synchronise to the energy of the spring, a time of new beginnings, growth and expansion.
The retreat includes a delicious morning tea and vegetarian lunch.
Please bring your mat, hat and walking shoes. You may need a jacket if the weather is fresh. In the event of poor weather, the event will be held indoors and fireside, at our beautiful Killara yoga retreat studio.
The venue for this event is Swaine Gardens in Killara, Sydney.

"The biggest thing I got from the day was to listen to my body, hear my thoughts and be aware of what type of person I might be.
Tania is a great presenter, getting her point across with fun and laughter - not too serious.
I liked how we were a bunch of ladies who didn't know each other very well and we had a great day."
"A relaxing day which included connecting with like minded people in a very welcoming, beautiful and secure environment.
My biggest thing was reconnecting with myself and reflecting on how I deal with certain situations. I now have greater awareness of why family members behave the way they do and how I can better be there for them."
"By taking time away from home, I was able to be more present to the yoga, the meditation and the contemplation that isn't available in my everyday life.
Tania is able to communicate complex ideas simply, by putting them into stories we can all understand and relate to.
I recommend this to anyone who believes their life is too busy - this is just what you need."
